My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Vera is a mellow and friendly and can be frisky at times. She has a cute low gravely meow. She is friendly with people, good with children, shy around dogs or other cats but can tolerate them if they are not too aggressive and overbearing. We think she is around 11 years old. She was my mother’s beloved cat for the past 6 years. My mother adopted her from the SPCA. Like the Hemingway cats of Key West she has a few extra toes that make her look like she is walking around in oven mitts. She is not on any medications and has been an indoor cat the last 6 years. We are looking for a new home for her because my mother unexpectedly passed away.
