Little Dobby was found in a cement kennel in a high kill shelter in texas. He was scared and snippy when strangers came into the kennel but once we got him out, he wagged his tail nonstop. Dobby will need a patient adopter who will help him come out of his shell. He is only 8 lbs so he should not be around large dogs as they can trample over him easily. So far he seems ok with other small dogs but has not been around cats! No kids at all!
