Calliope was found in a pile of leaves at a dumpster, severally emaciated. We don't think she hasn't had much 'positive' in her life... but oh boy does she love to be loved on. She feels overwhelmed at the shelter. She hears all the barking and it feels like it's all barking directed towards her, so sometimes she tries to sound big and tough, too. Calliope is a 'rough and rowdy' player with her dog friends. She loves warm dog beds, individual attention and love, and playing fetch and playing with people with toys, and carrying her toys with her like a security blanket.
