My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pebbles was living a very scary life outdoors. Predators could have easily gotten to Pebbles, but she managed to get out of that situation and is now enjoying life in a wonderful foster home.

Instead of braving the elements, Pebbles is enjoying lots of cuddles and pets. She lets her foster mom know she needs love with a gentle nudge.

As you can see in the photo, Pebbles loves to pose for pictures and she eating well.

All our animals available for adoption are living in foster homes. This gives us the ability to really get to know the animals we have available and find them families that are a good fit for them based on their personalities. We do not have a shelter to visit the animals.

More about this rescue

We rescue animals from shelters where they may be put to sleep and also owner relinquished pets. We also provide pet therapy services, where we go to nursing homes with pets and provide educational programs to the general public. For more information, visit www.aear.org
