My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A Kentucky boy needing a second chance and a family in Ohio to show him what being a family dog is all about. Opie is a very playful dog who loves toys. He enjoys his time out in the yard and going on walks. He is a young and free spirit that can be so sweet and loving. He just needs someone to give him a chance so he can show what he's all about. If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is made up of two parts. Upon a decision to adopt an animal we require an application for adoption that asks questions such as housing and veterinary references. We then check references and may require a home visit. Upon approval you will fill out a contract for adoption and pay the adoption fees. Adoption fees are based on age and vetting required.
