-5 yo

-Female (will be spayed)

-40 lb

-Pit mix

-UTD on shots

-HW status- HW+ (easily treated by any vet) Has completed a 30 day round of doxy and is on monthly HW preventative.

-Microchipped

-Came in with other dogs and has done well with male dogs at the shelter. (A meet and greet is recommended with any other potential furry siblings)

-Has not been cat tested.

- This sweet girl is as part of a cruelty case where three adult dogs were chained to dog houses covered by old tall brush. Can you imagine being chained outside for years only getting enough food and water to get by?

-Big Mama was TERRIFIED to come inside for her holiday photos but once inside, settled in nicely.

-Big Mama walked incredibly well on a leash.

-She is a great pup who’s had a tough life and is looking for a great forever home!

This is done at our facility when you take your new family member home.

You can pay your adoption fee online through our website or in person. We accept cash, credit, debit and local checks.

Take the Pet Home

Along with a "swag bag" from Hill's Science Diet!

You're invited to visit our dogs and cats and talk with an adoption counselor to find the right pet for your family. You can bring your current pet(s) to meet potential new pets.

Our shelter is open every day from 12:00 - 5:00 (closed Sundays & Wednesdays) and we participate in a variety of events and mobile adoptions throughout the month. Our events are posted on our Facebook page.
