Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hershey is such a good boy & so sweet. He loves to cuddle on the sofa & rest his head on you & sometimes even hugs you when he sleeps. He is a funny dude & will keep you laughing, whether doing zoomies, tumble sets on the sofa, or sitting there on his head with his butt up in the air. He also makes a funny goose like sound sometimes when he's trying to tell you something. He loves playing with other dogs & running in the yard with them. He also loves kids but may be too big in size for a small toddler. He is house trained, knows how to use a doggy door & kennel trained. Also great in the car, either sitting or lying still. He really is an almost perfect dog & is so much fun!

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.
Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!
*Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.*
**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
