My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SHAHEEN | M | 1 YR | GREYHOUND | ~ 60 lbs |

YES! KIDS
YES! ADULTS
YES! DOGS
NO! CATS

Shaheen is a very sweet boy, extremely playful, friendly and affectionate with all. He loves to be around people and other dogs as well. No cats for this big boy please! It is said that Greyhounds thrive in pairs and we think he’d benefit from having a sibling for sure! They are also famous for being couch potatoes in the house, however; they do need opportunities to be able to full-out run in a fenced in field or yard to be happy and balanced dogs. An active family that is willing to take him on long walks and will give him the opportunity for regular zoomies in an enclosed space would be a dream come true! He is currently staying at a rented house with other sighthounds as a safe haven, but will need time and patience to acclimatize to living in a home as part of a loving family.

Shaheen has been neutered, health checked, and up to date on all vaccinations and is more than ever, ready to find his furever home! If you live within 3 hours of Toronto and are in Canada please email our rescue at c4ptoronto@gmail.com for an application and more information.
