My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nala, born June 2022, was found as a stray in NE Salem. She had her kittens under an old trailer in a car lot and kept them safe and well fed. Nala started purring once she knew she and her kittens were safe. She is such a good mom, but is ready for her own adventure. She loves basking in sunbeams, lounging around and is very affectionate. She enjoys some play time, but mostly in small doses. Nala deserves someone that will be patient with her at first but then be ready for all the lovins.

Nala and Lady are a bonded pair. The mom and daugher duo will bring you so much joy. We just couldn't seperate them!

Silverton Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. We deliver the kitty to your home, so you must live within an hour of Silverton.

$125 adoption fee for kitties under one year and $100 for kitties over one year.

All our kitties are altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, receive age appropriate vaccines, are dewormed, treated for fleas and tested for FIV/FELV.
