My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scooby Doo is our orphan who is a medium size male Akita around 2-1/2 years of age and more loving than brave like the typical Scooby character. Scooby is a beautiful red and white Akita whose owner brought him to the shelter after deciding he no longer wanted to feed or keep Scooby and basically had kept him tied up and possibly not treated the best. Shelter personnel and others fell under this boy's spell and knowing that he was nearing the end of his time allotted at the shelter, MARS was contacted. Scooby does not hold any grudges and although cautious, he is gentle and loving and quickly bonds to any favorable attention. He is learning basic commands and like the Breed, he is quick to learn. Scooby is presently fostered in Ohio and would love to meet his forever family and come home.
