Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Opal! I am curious, inquisitive, and if given enough time to settle, cuddly and relaxed.
I am a big bunny, so I’ll need lots of space! My litter box habits are very good, and I am an excitable eater.
My favorite toys are stacking cups, compressed Timothy hay tunnels, and those cardboard rings around coffee to-go cups! If I like a new toy enough, I will prance around with it in my mouth, in a game only I understand, but my foster mom says I’m very adorable when I do!
I do not like to be picked up, but I will allow it if you approach me gently. I will even groom you if you pet me long enough, but don’t be afraid of the nibbles, it’s just my way of grooming. I love to explore new areas, although hardwood floor is an obstacle for me. My space will need to be bunny-proofed well, as I am very inquisitive. Especially when it comes to cords and fabric, they have the most interesting texture!
If I were to have another bunny friend, I think I would need to be introduced slowly, as I am a proud and independent bunny. Although, I am perfectly happy to free roam and hang out with my human companion.
If you think I sound interesting, send an email to MCRS at --> info@mncompanionrabbit.org
