My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lucy: your playful and independent companion.  A delightful blend of Chihuahua, Cattle Dog, and a touch of Corgi.

At around 8 years old, this small/medium 20 pound charmer boasts a white coat with adorable tan spots...including a heart shaped one that's hard to resist.  Lucy thrives on a regular walking schedule of 3 - 4 times a day.

While sitting beside you while you work or a leisurely stroll, Lucy is your perfect partner.  She's cautious around new people, but her friendly nature shines once she's familiar.

Lucy is potty trained, in great health, and ready for her forever home.  She's keen on being the center of attention, preferring to be the sole pet in the home.  Ideal for a single person or a calm couple.

If you are interested in adopting Lucy, please complete an adoption application on our website to be pre-approved:  www.dachshundrescueoflosangeles.com
