Hello. This was a very difficult decision for me and my son to rehome our big guy, Obi. He will be 2 years old in November. He is crate trained and housebroken and knows how to sit, stay, shake, and names for a few of his toys. He has a lot of energy and needs someone that can spend time with him as well as allow him to run and get plenty of exercise. He loves to play with other big dogs (he's a little rough with the little ones as he doesn't know how big he really is). He is very good with children.
I brought him home when he was 10 weeks old from someone who tried to adopt 2 puppies at 1 time and it was too much for them. He does very well with a structured routine. I have boarded him a few times while I've traveled and he has done well. He does not have papers, but I was told both his parents are full blooded Dobermans.
Again, this was a very hard decision for us, but we only want the best for him and he is being crated for way too long due to our schedules.
