My name is Waffles!

This is Waffles!  Waffles was found by a good samaritan who wasn't able to find her a home. Waffles was kept safe in boarding all summer but it wasn't the right environment for her. An employee took her home and immediately noticed the positive difference in Waffle. She is a very smart, loving young dog, about a year old. She is very athletic and has a lean muscular body. She loves people and dogs. She is prospering in her foster home where she has dogs to match her energy and a foster family that are teaching her how to be part of a family. She isn't super keen on her kennel but is learning that it is a safe place to hang out. She likes chewing on bones and playing with toys. She has been nicknamed "Door stop" because she is always beside you when you leave a room (a behavior that she is working on). She loves to hold down the couch and if given the opportunity will gladly keep you company in bed. She redirects easily and wants to be a good girl. She is not food or toy aggressive. She has the makings to be a great family dog or outdoor partner for an active person. She just needs the right person to continue her training and development.
