Gretel is a mellow, affectionate kitten who was an extremely sick stray from Morris Run. In fact, when we met her, unable to breathe or see right, she still crawled into our lap and hugged us as she purred and purred. We were smitten. 🥰

Personally we think her eyes are beautiful, like a stormy sky. ⛈️ Gretel’s temperament is just as beautiful, never causing trouble or bickering. She is happy to keep the peace and just enjoy life! She doesn’t let her vision impairment stop her for a moment and runs, jumps, and plays with all of the other kittens.

Gretel will be ready to go to a loving home after Sept 8 when she’s getting spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Can she find her way to your home? 🏡

We focus primarily on spay/neuter and TNR, but there are rare instances where we have cats or kittens in foster care who need homes. We provide all vetting and want to make sure they go to loving and suitable homes for their personalities and needs.

We started as an organization that focused on spay/neuter of cats to truly reduce the population effectively and humanely. Our goal was to tackle the overpopulation of cats in Tioga County PA at the root cause, which was too many unaltered cats. However, we do sometimes have cats and kittens needing new loving homes, and who are we to not help the best we can?
