My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lizabet came to us pregnant. She was a stray searching for food. She became to big and round she just laid on her belly to eat. She loves to have her belly rubbed especially when she was pregnant. She gave birth to 5 kittens and was a very good mother but she became sick and sadly we were not able to save her babies. She has been in mourning over her babies. I’ve never seen a cat so sad. She still enjoys her belly rubs and affection. We hope she finds a loving home so she get over the loss of her babies and just enjoy life not having to search for food. Home check includes inspection and safety of the yard/fence safety inside home and where the animal will reside for most of their time

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue started in May 2012 by two sisters. We started working with a local high kill shelter in hopes of saving animals from the gas chamber and placing them in loving homes.

Our goal is to make sure that none of our rescued pets end back in the shelter or have unwanted litters, so we maintain a strict policy that our rescued pets are spayed and neutered and deemed healthy before going into their furever homes.

We are totally non-profit and any leftover donations go into saving our next pet.
