Gertie, much like her beloved Sylvester, has a story of her own. Once the cherished member of a well-cared-for colony that was sadly lost to construction, Gertie found herself relocated to a backyard haven. With time, she discovered the joys of gentle pets and human attention and has since come to appreciate these tender moments. Sweet but somewhat shy, Gertie is gradually opening up to the belief that humans indeed mean well. We brought her in a few months ago to rekindle the love she shared with a special tomcat, Sylvester, proving that love stories exist even in the feline world.
