My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My mom, my brother and I were rescued from the OKC Shelter in April 2014. I was raised by my mom in a PAWS-OK foster home and was adopted in January 2015 but it didn't work out for me. I wasn't fond of the small children in my new home and not 'laid back' enough for that family (I am an active girl). I can be a bit high energy and I like to poke my nose into everything. (especially people food which makes me throw up - but it doesn't stop me.... it just smells so much better than my food!). I get along with grown up people who have cat experience and having another pet in my next home (I was an only pet in my first one) would probably help me burn off some of that extra energy. I'd also like my next home to have a giant scratching post for me to climb and play on and lots of room to run and explore. If I sound like the kind of cat you are looking for, please consider me! All PAWS-OK cats and kittens have been fostered in a home environment and are litter box trained, up-to-date on their vaccinations, spayed or neutered and have been tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV prior to being made available for adoption. The adoption fee is $70 (cash only).Some of our cats are available for adoption at the PetSmart on NW Expressway and Rockwell in OKC. The first step in adoption is to complete an Adoption Request form which we use to help us match you with a cat or kitten that best meets your desires, experience and home environment.
