Sylvia is a gentle 12-year-old girl who has come a long way on her own terms. Once extremely shy, it took years before she allowed pets during mealtime—but after moving to our newer facility, she has truly blossomed and now welcomes gentle affection anytime. Sylvia needs a very patient home that will let her grow at her own pace. She gets along well with other cats who are calm and kind, and she is delightfully food-motivated. Sylvia would be a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys watching a shy cat slowly reveal her sweet, true self.

We like to discuss your wants, needs, and expectations. We contact your vet for references. We can do video chat for home visit, and then have you meet the cat or cats of your choice.

More about this rescue

We take in fully vetted cats from shelters and rescues, as well as individuals in need. Cats must be spayed/neutered, leukemia tested negative, and have current rabies, FVRCP, and leukemia shots. We house the cats with love and care until adopted.
