My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

(Orange)Julius

little orange tabby boy can frequently be seen air born, though he is still working on graceful landings. We call this little guy “cat in a blender.” He has energy to burn, pausing only for naps, snacks and love. He is a big fan of pets and will happily curl up next to you, but has little patience for extended snuggles just yet; too many things to do!! He does like to follow his people around and see what they are doing, just in case anything needs to be eaten or knocked on the floor. He doesn’t mean anything by it. He loves us and feels free to share our food and question our decorating choices.

Julius also loves just about everybody else. He made fast friends with all of the other cats in our cattery, our two big dogs, and even spends time watching our turtle and fish. So if you have room in your life for this energetic and loving little fellow, come by and meet him. (Available with the yin to my yang: Smudge, my brother!)

More about this rescue

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered, are tested for either heartworm or FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped. The Vallejo location only handles cats.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
