Mocha, born on April 15, 2023, is a shy and reserved cat who's searching for a patient and affectionate home. She thrives in the company of other cats or one of her close buddies, as they provide her with comfort and reassurance. Mocha's gentle nature and need for a nurturing environment make her the perfect companion for someone willing to offer her the love and patience she deserves.
Thank you for your interest in providing a forever home for an animal who needs your love! Adult cats are $50, this includes spay or neuter, rabies shot (if over 4 months), FVRCP (distemper), worming, flea treatment, FIV/FeLV testing, and microchip( lifetime, No fees). Kittens (6 months or younger) are $50 or 2 for $100. (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED). Most of our seniors have had bloodwork and dentals.
If you are interested in adopting one of our felines email us for the pre-adoption application(happytalesiowa@gmail.com), an appointment will be made after we receive the application. This is needed as it helps us with making a feline match and for our insurance liability. We are volunteers but are available most times except for adoption events, vet appointments and kitty errands to run and the occasional family obligation
