My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cora!

This wonderful sweet girl has been through the wringer. Through it all she has remained so amazing. She was rescued from a Georgia shelter, and listed to be euthanized due to overcrowding. We rescued her and upon arrival in Seattle found she had heartworm disease. It's been a long and painful process for her, but today she is healthy, happy, awesome, and ready to be your buddy and live a great life! She will have zero lasting effects.

She will also need heartworm prevention every month, as all dogs should have. She has had a dental to remove a tooth growing into the roof of her mouth.  Ouch!

We all adore her. She is loving, kind, gentle, funny, and goofy. She likes dogs but is not always super active in playing but does love to hang.

Cora wants to be with her people, a lot.  She will do best in a home with a yard to snoop around in. She likes walks but can be a little timid outside, but trust her confidence will continue to grow so she can see the big world!

You can apply to adopt Cora via savinggreatanimals.org.  Her adoption fee is $395.
