My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Candy is a genuine Baladi dog, en route from Egypt to NY. She is 10 months old, shy and low energy. She is good with people and dogs She is 33-35 pounds and has been spayed. Candy is described as a shy girl who was rescued from the streets with her mom and siblings when she was only two months old. She does warm up and would do well in a quiet home either alone or with a dog buddy or two.

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned, abused and homeless dogs (with an eye to larger breed dogs who are generally harder to place). We provide basic obedience training in an attempt to ensure our dogs stand a better chance of finding permanent forever homes. All dogs are socialized to other dogs and cats.
