My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Jinx needs rehomed because his owner (my mom) is moving into a memory care center due to Alzheimer's Disease. The center is out of state near me. Mom is heartbroken that she must leave her pets. She and Jinx have looked after each other for years. Jinx was happily taken in when a neighbor, who formerly owned him, was moving. All parties agreed that he enjoyed spending most of his time at Mom’s house! Could have been the treats she gave him… He's 13 yrs. young and very wise. Favorite hobbies - bird watching, sunbathing, and chillin’! Jinx needs to be indoor-only going forward because he is declawed. Jinx has lived with a variety of other pets in his past. He's a very good boy!

His buddy is Riley - please look for his profile as well. Riley is an orange DSH, NM, healthy, 11 yrs., declawed with a similar profile to Jinx. Riley was found as a kitten, also good with other pets. He is not needy but his personality is a bit more skittish than Jinx; he will do best with Jinx in his household.
