June Bug's adoption donation is $450 and she is being fostered in Central Ohio. She has been spayed, microchipped, received her rabies, dhlpp, bivalent canine influenza, and bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms and started on prevention, as well as flea prevention. June Bug has had a dental cleaning with some extractions. She does require a home with a secure, physically fenced yard as well as a companion dog of similar size/energy.
June came into rescue with several other dogs from a seizure in Ohio. She is a shy gal who still has fear of humans, but she is learning to trust and allow herself to be loved. June is absolutely stunning. Her coloring is so pretty and her coat feels like silk. I just love her so much as she really desires to be loved but being in a cage her life has left her fearful. I love on her all the time and know she will seek me out. June Bug has a very laid back personality and gets along with all the other foster dogs in the home. June does require daily, inexpensive eye drops to treat dry eye but she is a champ for her eyedrops. She has made great progress in her potty training and does well if kept on a schedule. June Bug is not completely comfortable walking/pottying on a leash which means that she requires a fenced yard in her adoptive home. Time and patience are necessary to keep opening her heart. She will be a wonderful loving dog.
