What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Toccoa, is a very special boy. He is beyond loving and just wants to be with you at all times. He is about 8 years old. We are looking to provide him a home with someone who is loving, kind and patient. He has separation anxiety and anxiety induced IBD, both have been regulated with medication. He is crate trained and potty/house trained. He loves hiking, car adventures, walks, as long as he is with you, he is the happiest of campers. He loves to snuggle and be snuggled, the ultimate love. Unfortunately, we will be moving out of the US and have been advised that the move would be detrimental to him. We do not want to put him under the stress of multiple days/legs of travel cramped in a tiny crate and our future location is not one where he would thrive. It would be selfish of us to try. We are looking to rehome him with the heaviest of hearts. We adore him and all his quirks and just want to see him rehomed with someone who will love him as their own.
