Addy is a gorgeous Jack Russell who was brought into the shelter as an Amish transport. She was caged at this puppy mill and might already have had one litter.
After just a month in a home, she transformed and wants nothing but to please. She is intelligent and learns quickly. She is 1.5 years old, spayed, housebroken, and would blossom with further training. She would excel in agility if her new owner was inclined. She is lively, bright, and funny.
Addy would do best without cats/small animals/children. She would probably be best as the one and only dog but she does well with our other dog so she might be okay with another dog after a slow introduction. She will snuggle and play as much as you want. She is resilient and learning to trust. We were told she had been with cats previously, but that may not have been a fact. We hope we can find a home without cats and with active, loving owners that will help Addy continue becoming the lively, very loyal dog she was born to be.
