Carlos is a shy boy that is searching for his forever home! He is a 9 month old hound mix that currently weighs about 35lbs. He gets along well with other dogs. He needs a patient adopter that will understand that he needs time to adjust and understand not all new things are bad! He was rescued from a hoarding case and needs some extra TLC and one on one time to break out of his shell!
