Hello, my name is Lola! I am an English Pointer born 7/18/22. I came to Richardson rescue because my owner died and there was no one to take care of me and my siblings. I am lovable and want to learn to live with my forever pack. I do need a little work walking on a leash, and house manners, but I am smart and eager to learn. It is unknown if I have ever lived in a home with a family before, but that is my dream. I will be affectionate and loyal in return, if only someone would give me a chance. I enjoy doggy ice cream, playing with chew toys, and playing with my sister. I get along well with the dogs here at the rescue. I can run like the breeze! I have been brought up to date on all vaccines and medical, Spayed Micro chipped. We are a private run facility supported by public donations. The first step to adopt is to submit an application on richardsonrescue.org. We review them everyday, except for Sunday (Great customer service is our goal). Once your application is approved, you may then call for an appointment.

VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WITH AN APPROVED APPLICATION.

More about this rescue

Nestled in twelve acres of country and woods is a place for animals that are hardest to help, BIGGER dogs, abused pets and puppy mill dogs. They need more time, more space and more love than many full rescues can provide. Their adoptions sometimes take months, but they get the room and attention that they need to get back on all four feet. The problem.... not many people are willing to give them a chance. We also offer low cost spay and neutering when funding allows.
