My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Curtesy post: Please contact Natalie Wiseman at nataliewiseman3@gmail.com

Fitz is a lovable, sweet, quirky adult cat looking for a new home! Give him a chance and he'll win your heart. He loves attention from his humans, looking at wildlife through the windows, and going on walks. He loves to play with toys and other animal, though he can be a little rambunctious and is sometimes a bit much for his more timid kitty housemates.

He was taken in from the outdoors as a young adult about 4 years ago. He has been neutered and vaccinated. He takes Prozac to help with stress which was causing spraying behavior; this is well-managed on daily medication, which he sees as a tasty treat. If you are interested, we are happy to do up to a one-month trial period to make sure he's a good fit in your home before you adopt him.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers who started as a networking base for shelters in the state of Michigan. We have grown into a newly established non profit organization that not only rescues cats and places them into loving homes but we also focus on owner retention of animals.
