Rose is the offspring of another adoptable cat named Honeysuckle. Rose grew up in a neighborhood where people were feeding her but were unable to catch her before she became pregnant. They caught her in the nick of time because a few hours after arriving at her new foster, she gave birth to four kittens. Sadly, two didn't make it, but she took care of the other two like a champ. Two days later, a newborn kitten was found in a car engine and Rose welcomed her with open paws. All three of her babies were adopted together and now it's Rose's turn.
Rose came to her foster very scared and timid. However, it didn't take long for her to decide that she rather enjoyed humans. She's a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she purrs away. She was a stray living outside until recently and she's completely litter trained. She's become accustomed to indoor living and each day becomes friendlier. She gets along with other cats and now that she's no longer separated with her kittens, I'm looking forward to see how her reunion goes with her mom, Honeysuckle. Both are with the same foster!
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
Please put in an adoption application on our website, cats-can.org if you are interested or if you have any questions please email us at catscaninc@gmail.com
