My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scout is affectionate, mellow, and makes an excellent companion for another cat. Scout is a *some assembly required* hero who hasn't found his soulmate yet. He is shy and hides, but would thrive with a person who is patient and understanding. We are continuing to work with him on confidence and are willing to work with an adopter to help him succeed. He has lived with teenagers, cats, and medium energy dogs-we think he would be happiest with another cat.
Thank you for learning more about me! Please make sure you scroll down and click apply (we don't always get inquiries)!
Our Hero Academy students earn a cape after completing basic litter box, nail trimming, scratching post, and carrier training with our expert volunteers. Fosters are microchipped, combo tested for FIV/FELV, spayed/neutered, treated for fleas/parasites, and receive age/wellness appropriate vaccines. We lovingly pack a Welcome Home Hero gift bag with their favorite toys, treats, a comic to read with them, and a blanket that helps them feel safe anywhere they go. Make sure to ask about your Chewy coupon and a discount on pet insurance. Super Furiends Rescue is a nonprofit 501c3 organization located in Solano County, CA.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We provide private in home fostering and do not allow visitors at our homes with an approved application, interview, and confirmed appointment made by the CEO.

We partner with our local, family owned businesses and events, but a majority of our adoptions are done from the comfort of your home.

More about this rescue

We work hard to educate the community about why spaying and neutering is important. We only take cats that are non adoptable in shelters which includes feral, abused, abandoned, and traumatized cats and kittens. We heal them inside and out using positive reinforcement and force free techniques. Last, we provide assistance to low income families to help them fix their pets, provide food to feral cat colony managers, and sponsor adoption fees for those who need a pet and can afford their care but not an additional fee.
