Hi I'm Pluto a 10 month old neutered male looking for a fun loving home, where I can run around play fetch, splash around the water. I love to play with other dogs. I would do great with a companion with my level of energy. I am still learning a few commands but, nothing like a few treats to help speed up the process.

We are a small, open admission shelter on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. We operate a low cost clinic and focus on spay/neuter, vaccine, and wellness visits. We pride ourselves on providing enrichment and quality veteinary care to our animals.
