Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Layla!!
Layla is a 5 month old lab mix. She weighs approximately 45lbs (September2023) and will be a medium-large dog when fully grown. Layla is current on vaccines, microchipped, spayed and crate trained. Layla is the friendliest pup out of the group. She is a Velcro pup and loves to follow you around. The first opportunity she has, she’ll sit in front of you to remind you she’s there and you should be petting her or playing with her by tossing her a ball or toy so she can run after it and bring it back 90% of the time. Layla is very loyal. Layla is good with submissive dogs. She wants to be the boss. Layla has been cat tested and and is okay with cats. She is cautious of them but doesn’t chase them & mainly just avoids them & finds something else to be interested in. Layla knows sit, wait, down & come. She is still working on some of her manners (mostly jumping) but that will come with time and dedicated training. Most of it is just puppy behavior. We believe Layla’s ideal home would either be with a family with older kids or a couple and/or person that understands at the end of the day that she is a 5 month old puppy. She is a VERY well-behaved puppy, but she is still a puppy. Please consider opening your heart and home to Layla.
