My name is Oliver!

I'm Oliver, a Mustang from the red rock herd. I get a little worked up if one of these close pen mates goes out for an adventure without me, but I am learning my manners and to stay calm. If you have a minute, I'd love a little scratch.

Oliver is 20 yrs old and has a tendency to get a bit excited now and then. He needs to be reminded to stay calm and be respectful of his handler, but he is a kind horse. He was recently diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and the medication seems to be helping with his demeanor.

Oliver would do well in a quiet home with just a few other horses. He needs firm, but kind consistency to keep him from forgetting his manners. Donations towards his daily medicine would be greatly appreciated while he hangs around here at the Rescue.
