My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** Sweetheart Special**$50 adoption fee**

Hello! My name is Gible! I was surrendered to the shelter when my previous family could no longer take care of me. I am a unique dog, and I will need a special someone who is willing to work with me on some of my insecurities. I really like people if I am introduced the right way, but I do not like new people being by my kennel. I can be a little nervous and will try to act big and tough to scare new people away if they come near my kennel. My kennel is my safe space and I feel the need to protect it from strangers. Once I know you, you can come into my kennel and snuggle with me. My preferred home has to be adult only and no other animals. I am a very sweet girl once we get to know each other, and I love to both play and lay around! I am also super smart and have gone through and completed my basic obedience training, and I know how to sit, stay, shake and roll over!

Additional adoption info

We require all all household members in the home to come to the shelter and meet with the animal they are interested in.

If there is any other dogs that live in the home have to come to the shelter for a meet and greet with the animal you are interested in.

All animals in the home have to be up to date on vaccines and spay or neutered. We require verification from the vet you use.

If you rent we do require landlord approval for an animal to be on the property.

Lastly we do have an adoption application that can be filled out online prior to your visit to the shelter or it can also be done while visiting.
