My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Humboldt was found trying to survive on the streets with his mom and siblings. Unfortunately, it was too late for most of siblings when Humboldt, his mother, and one sister were rescued. Humboldt is a handsome fella with brown tabby stripes and walrus-like whiskers. Due to his early hardships, it takes him a bit to trust people, but once he knows he is safe, he can be affectionate and sweet. Humboldt is quite playful and gets along well with other animals, but would do best in a home that is calm without young children. Could you be the one that can provide a safe and quiet home for this sweet boy? Humboldt is neutered, tested for FeLV, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and microchipped.

More about this shelter

Eden Animal Haven is a private, no-kill, cage-free rescue/sanctuary for cats. Prospective adopters come to us primarily for the personalized service, caring environment, and knowing that the cats have not been housed in cages. Because our cats are kept in group rooms, it makes it easy for adoptive families to visit with them to get a good sense for their personalities. We understand the temperaments of all our cats and work hard at matching our adoptive families to the right cat or kitten. We also offer a 30-day money back guarantee if the cat is not working out.
