My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Better hop to it if you want to bring this Bunny home! Bunny is a fun youngster with a promising future. Bunny is currently living in an APA foster home, where she is gaining confidence while spreading her friendly nature.

Bunny shares her foster home with two resident dogs. She loves the other animals and looks to them for guidance on how to react to new situations. Bunny has been a great playmate, she enjoys playing tug, chasing, and wrestling with her housemates. She seems happiest when she is around other animals.

Bunny lives with two teenage children and has grown to love both of them. She wants to play with them, cuddles with them, gets excited when they are around, and is very comfortable. She has been more hesitant to warm up to younger children, partly because she can take a few minutes to warm up to new people. But with patience, she'll become anyone's friend!

Her fosters are helping Bunny get more comfortable when her humans are away. She prefers being around the people whom she is comfortable with and likes to know someone is around and home with her. She is crate-trained, though she likes to be out with her dog friends!

This athletic girl loves to go for walks, and should become a fantastic walking partner for her new family. She's also learning basic commands. She is super affectionate and loves to give kisses or be petted, and will cuddle up right next to you.

Bunny would do well in a home with patient adults and older kids, who can continue to show her that the world's not such a scary place. And she would love to share a home with a well-matched dog friend. Bunny has all the makings of a wonderful long-term companion for a lucky family!
