Bernstein is a sweet boy who wants to meet you! He is a very affectionate pup who loves to cuddle. His foster family says he is so much fun and has a huge personality! His favorite thing in the world is playing catch with a tennis ball.

He's always highly interested in other dogs and is house-trained! Bernstein will calmly sit next to you and put his paw on you to tell you he needs to go outside. He has made progress in learning how to contain his excitement when playing. He is just a young excited pup.

Bernstein will love a home with people and other doggies who are at home with him often. He is not happy when left alone but working on it. He would make a great companion for a special person. Come on by and meet Mr. Bernstein. He is a nice guy looking for someone to give his affection to. It could be you!

Step one:

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
