Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am small but mighty! I endured the first 1 1/2 years of my life living in a crate I have a new life now and it is SO much better! My foster mom even gave me a new name, “Neo.” It means new, just like my life. I love all of the walks I get to go on and “wrestling” with my foster moms hand. It’s also nice when she holds me. My last mom was scared of me, so I didn’t get any cuddles. I’m in a house with 7 other dogs, but am not a fan AT ALL. I’m perfectly happy watching them from the protection of my x-pen. I’m not sure what toys are yet and I’ll only sit on the furniture if I’m on my foster mom’s lap. I’m learning the good things in life. Give me time. I am lovable and that’s all that matters.
