Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When you find out a 6 month old dog is being chained up and left on cement laying in her own urine, you jump in your car at 6:30 am drive an hour away and save that dog. Penelope is so incredible, she is smart, she is loving, she is silly, and is learning to walk on a leash and doing great, she wants to be everyone’s friend. She is the Angelina Jolie of dogs and everyone wants to touch her and she is happy to accommodate. She is presently 54lbs and is 6 months old she is crate trained sleeps until 6 am so far. Her hair is so soft it’s like touching a cloud ( I assume lol) she is located in West Hollywood ca. ( sorry no out of state adoptions)
