As part of a hoarding situation this girl will need special owners willing to put the time into this doll of a girl. At the age of 3 it's like she is an 8 week old puppy who has no exposure to the world and does not understand how fun life can be but is instead terrified of everyone and everything in it. Once she trust you she absolutely melts into you for some love. Her perfect home will have a fenced yard as she is a flight risk at the moment, Friendly Male dog, no kids and committed owners willing to put the time to help this girl as she is so deserving to learn what it's like to be a loved family pet.
