Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please welcome Wiley from the Long Beach Shelter in CA (whom we are now calling Marcus) to ARK Charities. If you are looking to add an amazing dog to your family look no further, Marcus is an exceptional boy that found himself fighting off three coyotes that had been seen terrorizing a southern CA neighborhood, as he was seen by several people backed up to a fence line at a high-school baseball field. Given his bravery and determination We named him after Navy Seal Marcus Luttrell, who was the lone survivor in Operation Red Wing, when his unit was attacked and killed by the Talaban. To spite his heroing ordeal, when later found and picked up by animal control he turned out to be a truly wonderful sweet and calm, boy. We believe Marcus is old about a year old and around 70lbs, he is obviously a stunning boy with a thick luxurious coat, all the better to smuggle up with in the coming winter months. We understand Marcus is a little reserved when meeting someone new but is great with people and other dogs. As you can see he is a terrific passenger and enjoys car rides would love to accompany his family on adventures.
