***COURTESY POST***This handsome boy was rescued by a good Samaritan when this person saw the children in the home mistreating him. Because of this behavior being allowed, Chip is terrified of small children and cannot live with them.
Personally, some people shouldn't be allowed to have children or pets. His current foster home and Rescuer is keeping Chip safe, loved and comfortable until the right home can be found. They cannot keep him because they have children.
