My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gideon, the mighty warrior, is just that. We rescued this sweet little puppy from a place of filth and neglect. When he came to us, he was covered in skin lesions from having fungal & bacterial infections and ringworm. We started treating Gideon at the Vet's office for the first few days, and a tech there named him Gideon which means Mighty Warrior from the Bible, since she knew he was going to have a rough road ahead. See the before and after picture in the gallery.
We were then blessed to have a wonderful couple take Gideon in and care for him with all of the required baths, medicines and treatments for a month. Gideon grew and became healthier all the time and is now completely healed and is at our Rescue facility. He became house trained while at the foster, and also learned to get along with kids, cats and dogs!
In another month or so, Gideon will be old enough to be neutered. In the meantime, he's received his vaccinations and is having a ball running and playing with Zuma at the Rescue. He is smart and sweet and is an absolutely wonderful pup.
