Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cocoa is a sweet and spunky little girl with lots of love to give. She has not had the easiest life up until now, so she is weary of new people and places. She loves cuddles and pets, but only once she is ready. Cocoa will need an adopter with time and patience to let her warm-up to you, and once she does, she is your best friend. She is 4 years old and 10lbs.
She is recovering from her previous situation, so she has a few spots on her skin that are healing from fleas, but that is not stopping her from living her best life with her foster family. Cocoa is a special girl, and the more she opens up, the more we see how much personality she has to share!
She is house trained, crate trained, and likes her alone time. She enjoys the sunshine and outside time, does well in the car and was a good patient at the vet. She has done well with her two foster fur siblings, and would probably do well with other animals if they are calm and if she is given the time to adjust. A home with older calm children will be best.
