Mallory is a gentle kitty on the shy side. She would rather hide than face the unknown. Give Mallory an opportunity to hide in a cat tunnel, a cat tree or simply a cardboard box. She welcomes petting and a massage on top of the head. Mallory's favorite toys are small fuzzy mice and balls. Her ideal home is one that is calm and small or start her out with a small space. Mallory gets along with other cats; therefore, it may be best if she has a cat buddy to chill with. She will tolerate cat-friendly dogs that don't chase her. Mallory is 1 year old with a long coat flaunting a tortoiseshell pattern with long white whiskers!
Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
