My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I'm Liesel! If you're looking for an addition to the family that you want to be absolutely obsessed with you - I am your girl! I am a big fan of treats, time outside, all kinds of toys and most importantly, belly rubs! Before being rescued, I didn't have a lot of interaction with people so... though I would eventually give you every kiss I could ever give, it does take me time to warm up. If you come to meet me (which I hope you do), please don't expect me to run up to you, I'll make a bit of noise and feel you out but I promise you as soon as I am warmed up to you, I won't want to ever leave your side!

I am great with other dogs but still haven't mastered all the ways that I can play with them just yet. Currently, my favorite is when I get the zoomies and then we end up chasing each other. My foster parents think I would do great in a home with an experienced pet owner who can help me get over my fear of strangers and also a home that has a fenced in yard with people who love to be outside (summer is around the corner and I love to sunbathe)!
