Penny is a super sweet shih tzu mix. At 10 years of age, she weighs 25 pounds. She was brought to the shelter from our humane officer. Although she has manageable medical problems, she loves everyone and loves to just be with a human. Penny is available to hospice foster through the shelter. She would prefer to be the only dog in the family and no children under 15.
