Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie is a happy, playful, 1 year old pup. He's spent time around children of all ages and is relaxed and playful around them. He was surrendered to NYC ACC when his owner moved out of state to a place that doesn't allow pets. That owner noted their favorite thing about Charlie is his playfulness, friendliness & companionship. Charlie's favorite activities are chewing, running, and chasing. When you are home, he tends to follow you around or be in the same room. He likes to play with balls, squeakies & chew/bones. He likes to fetch, chase, wrestle & tug.

More about this rescue

We are a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 foster-based rescue, which means we do not have a central building. Our rescue registration number with the State of NY is RR131. For logistical reasons, all of our foster homes are in Lewis and Jefferson Counties. If there is an animal you are interested in meeting, we ask you to first fill out the adoption application, which can be found in the main menu. You do not need to live in Lewis or Jefferson county to adopt; we do adopt out of state (and to Canada as well!)
